Reporting · run for you, monthly
One page. Every Monday.
Dashboards are where marketing reporting goes to be ignored. We read the accounts, work out what actually changed, and write a page a human can finish in two minutes — including the things that went badly.
We write a real review of your site and send it. No call required, nothing installed.
What lands on Monday
Two minutes, in plain words, including the bad weeks.
Three things worth your time
A setting left over from the rebuild. Removed Tuesday, back in results Thursday.
61 clicks had been wasted. Repointed, budget untouched.
The page is written with your real ranges. Say the word and it goes live Thursday.
What runs every week
These are the actual automations on your account — not a service list. Each one produces a file you can open, and says up front what it needs.
Attribution Compare
The same touches, four models, side by side.
Runs weeklyExperiment Plan
Size the test before you run it.
Runs weeklyExperiment Readout
Read the result, including "no result".
Runs weeklyFunnel Conversion
Where the funnel actually leaks.
Runs weeklyMonthly Performance Pack
The monthly pack, assembled from your own exports.
Runs weeklyScorecard Dashboard
A dated dataset and a one-page scorecard.
Runs weeklyCampaign Readout
One campaign, read out against its target.
Needs your keyChannel Roll-up
Paid, e-mail and organic in one table.
Runs weekly- GA4, Search Console, ads, CRM and chatbot data in one place
- Written findings, not twelve charts and a shrug
- Decisions listed separately, so nothing waits on a meeting
- Quiet weeks say so — no invented progress
How it works
The same three steps for every account. No onboarding project, no tool for you to learn.
You send a website
We review it and tell you what we would take over first — in writing, before any money changes hands.
We build and run it
The automations are set up on your accounts and run on our machines, on a schedule, with approval gates where you want them.
You read one page
Every Monday: what changed, what it did, and the one or two things only you can decide.
Questions
The ones people actually ask before signing up.
Do we get a dashboard too?
You can, but the point is that you should not need one. The letter is the product; the dashboard is for when you want to dig.
Can our accountant or board get it?
Forward it, or we send it to a second address. It is written to be readable by someone who does not work in marketing.
What if the numbers are bad?
Then the letter says so, with what we think caused it. A report you cannot trust when it is bad is worthless when it is good.
The rest of the stack
Most clients start with one of these and add the next once the first is running.
Start with a review of your site
Tell us where you are. We send back what we would fix first — yours to keep either way.
