Publishing · run for you, monthly
Made, then posted.
Work that sits in a folder is not marketing. Everything we produce is scheduled and published — to the site, to the channels, to the ad accounts — with an approval step wherever you want to keep one.
We write a real review of your site and send it. No call required, nothing installed.
Next week, before it happens
A calendar you can see and cancel, not a queue you have to trust.
| When | What | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Mon 07:00 | Monday letter to you | |
| Tue 10:00 | Implant prices page goes live | website |
| Wed 09:30 | Reel: clinic tour, 15s | Instagram, TikTok |
| Thu 11:00 | Win-back email, 412 recipients | your ESP |
| Fri 08:00 | Two ad variants swapped in | Google Ads |
What runs every week
These are the actual automations on your account — not a service list. Each one produces a file you can open, and says up front what it needs. 313 job adverts at 220 companies ask a human to do this.
Content Calendar
Topics, dates, owners and stages in one calendar, fed by the questions your own chatbot could not answer.
Runs weeklyRun to Procedure
Turn a run you already trust into the written procedure nobody has had time to write.
Runs weeklyWebinar Registrants
Clean the registration list, place the reminders, and hand the CRM a file - before the event.
Runs weeklyCampaign Intake
A brief that will not accept being incomplete: no audience, no offer, no dates, no output.
Runs weeklyDynamic Block QA
Which segment sees which block - and who sees nothing.
Runs weeklyFallback Matrix
A fallback for every token, before it is empty.
Runs weeklyKeep the Procedure Honest
Compare the stored procedure with the workflow as it runs today, and update only what moved.
Runs weeklyPersonalisation Coverage
Does every merge token actually have a value?
Runs weekly- A calendar you can see, not a queue you have to trust
- Approval gates on anything that writes to your systems
- Publishing to WordPress, social channels and ad platforms
- Every publish logged: what went out, where, and when
How it works
The same three steps for every account. No onboarding project, no tool for you to learn.
You send a website
We review it and tell you what we would take over first — in writing, before any money changes hands.
We build and run it
The automations are set up on your accounts and run on our machines, on a schedule, with approval gates where you want them.
You read one page
Every Monday: what changed, what it did, and the one or two things only you can decide.
Questions
The ones people actually ask before signing up.
Do you post as us?
On the channels you connect, yes, and only what you approved. Approval can be per item or per calendar; most clients start strict and relax it.
What if we want to stop a post?
Cancel it in the calendar before it fires. Nothing queues further ahead than you can see.
Can you handle a multi-location business?
Yes — per-location calendars, shared creative, different opening hours and offers. That is exactly where doing it by hand collapses.
The rest of the stack
Most clients start with one of these and add the next once the first is running.
Start with a review of your site
Tell us where you are. We send back what we would fix first — yours to keep either way.
