Email & lifecycle · run for you, monthly
Email that actually goes out.
The newsletter everybody agrees to send is the first thing to slip. We write it, check it, segment it and put it in your drafts — sending stays your decision, and the list stays yours.
We write a real review of your site and send it. No call required, nothing installed.
A sequence, and what it survives
Written, segmented, checked. The checks are where the money is.
Personal, one question, no offer yet. Sent 09:12 local.
Only to people who opened but did not book.
The offer you approved, with an end date.
Leaves the sequence the moment they do.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC passchecked before every send
deliverabilityEvery link resolvesno 404s, no missing UTMs

list hygieneWhat runs every week
These are the actual automations on your account — not a service list. Each one produces a file you can open, and says up front what it needs.

Runs weeklyJourney KPI Readout
Read every flow stage by stage and put the change since last period in a table.
Runs weeklyJourney Map
Map the journeys you already run: stages, waits, entry and exit criteria, on one page.
Runs weeklyNewsletter from your Knowledge Base
Publish a weekly issue assembled from what customers actually asked.
Runs weeklyNurture Journey Design
A multi-stage nurture track specified end to end: entry, waits, branches, holdout, goal, exit and a KPI per stage.
Needs your keyOnboarding from Your Docs
An onboarding track built from the real steps in your own documentation, with the quotes.
Runs weeklyRe-engagement Campaign
Win back cold contacts with a compliant, throttled two-step send.
Runs weeklySuppression Matrix
Count what your overlapping flows send one person in a week, and name the exclusion that is missing.
Runs weekly- Welcome, win-back and reminder sequences drafted in your voice
- Segments built from your CRM and site behaviour, not guesses
- Deliverability audit: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and list hygiene
- Pre-send QA: links, merge fields, subject lengths, mobile rendering
How it works
The same three steps for every account. No onboarding project, no tool for you to learn.
You send a website
We review it and tell you what we would take over first — in writing, before any money changes hands.
We build and run it
The automations are set up on your accounts and run on our machines, on a schedule, with approval gates where you want them.
You read one page
Every Monday: what changed, what it did, and the one or two things only you can decide.
Questions
The ones people actually ask before signing up.
Which email tool do you work with?
Whatever you already pay for — HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, or plain SMTP. We do not make you move.
Do you press send?
Only if you ask us to. The default is a finished draft in your account with a line in the Monday letter.
Can you clean our list?
Yes: duplicates, bounces, role addresses and people who have not opened anything in two years. A smaller list that reaches inboxes is worth more.
The rest of the stack
Most clients start with one of these and add the next once the first is running.
Start with a review of your site
Tell us where you are. We send back what we would fix first — yours to keep either way.
