CRM operations · run for you, monthly

A CRM you can trust.

A CRM decays the moment people start using it: duplicates, half-filled fields, leads sitting in a stage nobody owns. Reports built on that are fiction. We keep the data honest so the numbers mean something.

We write a real review of your site and send it. No call required, nothing installed.

What the CRM is hiding

Reports built on this data are fiction until somebody fixes it.

What runs every week

These are the actual automations on your account — not a service list. Each one produces a file you can open, and says up front what it needs.

CRM Portal Audit

A read-only audit of the instance itself, and a plain list of what it cannot see.

Runs weekly

CRM Record Hygiene Sweep

Normalise country, phone, title and company in one pass, and log every cell it changed.

Runs weekly

Duplicate Merge Plan

Duplicates with a confidence band, and a plan you approve. Nothing is ever merged.

Runs weekly

ICP & Personas, Cited

ICP and persona sheets where every single claim carries the citation it came from.

Needs your key

Lead Scoring Model

A model fitted on your own won and lost deals, written out as rules you can read.

Runs weekly

ABM Target Account List

A target-account list in the exact column shape the platform you upload it to expects.

Runs weekly

Field Health Report

Which fields are empty, stale or decorative - and which are filled with nothing at all.

Runs weekly

Field Mapping Contract

What maps to what between two systems, written down, with the type conflicts named.

Runs weekly
On every account
  • Duplicate detection and merge rules that survive an import
  • Field health: what is required, what is empty, what contradicts itself
  • Lead scoring backtested against deals you actually closed
  • Routing and sync-error triage, with a list of what needs a human

How it works

The same three steps for every account. No onboarding project, no tool for you to learn.

You send a website

We review it and tell you what we would take over first — in writing, before any money changes hands.

We build and run it

The automations are set up on your accounts and run on our machines, on a schedule, with approval gates where you want them.

You read one page

Every Monday: what changed, what it did, and the one or two things only you can decide.

Questions

The ones people actually ask before signing up.

Which CRMs do you support?

HubSpot and Salesforce read directly through our knowledge layer. Others we work with through exports, which is slower but perfectly workable.

Will you change data without asking?

Merges and deletions are always proposed first. Everything else that writes is listed in the Monday letter before it happens.

Can you fix a broken import?

That is one of the most common first jobs. We find what the import broke, propose the repair, and then stop it happening again.

The rest of the stack

Most clients start with one of these and add the next once the first is running.

Start with a review of your site

Tell us where you are. We send back what we would fix first — yours to keep either way.
