Websites · run for you, monthly
A sitethat staysmaintained.
Most agency sites are perfect on launch day and unattended by month three. We build the site and then keep watching it: every page, every week, with the fixes logged. Building and running should not be two different companies.
We write a real review of your site and send it. No call required, nothing installed.

What runs every week
These are the actual automations on your account — not a service list. Each one produces a file you can open, and says up front what it needs.
Launch Gate
One run, one pass/fail sheet, before anything goes live.
Runs weeklyCampaign Page Set QA
Every page of one campaign, judged by the same rules, with the odd one named.
Runs weeklyConsent & Legal Check
Consent, cookies and unsubscribe, page by page, graded for your jurisdiction.
Runs weeklyForm Friction Audit
The required fields that are costing you leads, named.
Runs weeklyForm Inventory
Every form on the site, with its fields and where it posts, in one table.
Runs weeklyLanding Page Audit
A landing page judged as a conversion asset, not as a document.
Runs weeklyTag Inventory
Which page fires which tag - and which ones we could not see.
Runs weeklyTracking Plan Diff
Your tracking plan against what is really installed, in four buckets.
Runs weeklyNew sites and landing pages, built on what you can actually edit
Every accountLaunch QA: forms, tracking, redirects, speed, mobile, schema
Every accountContinuous checks after launch, with repairs done not just reported
Every accountConversion work driven by what the data says, not what a template says
Every accountHow it works
The same three steps for every account. No onboarding project, no tool for you to learn.
You send a website
We review it and tell you what we would take over first — in writing, before any money changes hands.
We build and run it
The automations are set up on your accounts and run on our machines, on a schedule, with approval gates where you want them.
You read one page
Every Monday: what changed, what it did, and the one or two things only you can decide.
Questions
The ones people actually ask before signing up.
Do you use WordPress?
Often, because clients can edit it. Where something simpler or faster fits better, we say so — the point is the site you can keep, not the stack we prefer.
How long does a small site take?
Two to four weeks for a focused site, less for a landing page. The slow part is always content and approvals, so we start those first.
What happens after launch?
It joins the weekly run: checked, fixed and reported like everything else. That is included in the monthly fee, not a separate maintenance plan.
The rest of the stack
Most clients start with one of these and add the next once the first is running.
Start with a review of your site
Tell us where you are. We send back what we would fix first — yours to keep either way.
